Last weekend we went down to South Padre Island National Seashore, also referred to as THE BEACH! Mark wanted to go all the way to the end, which was a 60 mile drive on the beach. We made many stops along the way to swim, pick up shells, have lunch and play.
The boys were chilling out in the girls' room.

The girls did their own sunscreen (I know, major mom fail there) so their shoulders were burnt and hurting, hence the straps came off the shoulders.

Found this washed up along the beach! Weird.
It's next to impossible to get everyone looking the same way at the same time. . .oh well.
A "sculpture" made of beach findings (trash) someone left behind. There was plenty of trash along the beach, it was just sort of odd that someone took the time to make it into something.

The next day on the trip back . . .it's hard bein' a dog.

Looks like you had great fun at the beach. I will miss your sweet children this year - will stop in to check out their family fun here from time to time!
